Overall a great hotel in a good location. Station is not far away and close to Vatican city. Very safe surrounding. I booked a twin room but surprisingly they had a bit of hard time in finding me one. At the end I got a king bed room instead. Service is alright but I did experience much better one in other NH hotels.

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude, very impatient. They also overcharged for the city tax, claiming it was €60 instead of the actual €30. However, the hotel's location is excellent and the Black security guard was really good.

The room is spacious, it is a small suite, and the bathroom is also very large, which is unexpected in Europe, especially in the old town. The location is also good, within walking distance to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The breakfast is not bad, compared with other European hotels, the variety is relatively rich. The croissant is very crispy and it falls apart when touched. The customer service can't speak English very well, but the service speed is OK.
