Con prenotazione confermata, check-in per il 12 luglio, alle 14 del giorno 11 L’hotel Jafferau mi ha comunicato di aver chiuso l’attività a tempo indeterminato. Mi trovavo a firenze ed avevo già percorso 600 km. Sono stato costretto a trovare una sistemazione alternativa. Ho scritto e telefonato sia alla struttura che a *********** senza poter parlate con nessuno nè avere una mail di risposta. Stamattina (giorno 13) perviene una mail di *********** che mi chiede “Come va? Ti contattiamo perché Hotel Jafferau (prenotazione n. 3004858120) ci ha comunicato il tuo mancato arrivo in data 2021-07-12.” A Voi ogni conclusione….

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Jafferau dal 14 al 17 agosto. È splendido! Un'oasi di pace fra le montagne. Camere con balcone che affacciano direttamente sulle Alpi. Dal 31 luglio 2021 l'albergo ha cambiato gestione, e si respira l'entusiasmo dello staff in questo nuovo progetto. Ancora complimenti al sig.Giordano, il direttore dell'albergo, per il suo splendido lavoro e alla signora Emanuela della reception per la cortesia e la gentilezza.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti....il posto è molto bello camera pulita.... E buona la cena ...il titolare simpatico e molto disponibile.... È la nuova gestione da fine luglio....quindi sono in carburazione....ma le premesse sono ottime
