The casualness of the staff is disconcerting. Two cleaning ladies scream in the hallway and when asked what is happening blame the vacuum cleaner. Nothing is right, why two people to vacuum? Why not turn off the device instead of yelling? Why are employees' personal stories worth sharing with everyone? The reception staff are constantly in front of the door smoking cigarette after cigarette. The next day at breakfast, the reception agent leans at the bar, talking with his colleagues while turning his back on the arriving hotel guests. I had to go around it to access the room. Very very strange. If the hotel's policy is relaxation, it would be appropriate to warn guests who feel they are disturbing the staff.
