La situation en plein centre historique est parfait pour visiter la ville et profiter des rues piétonnes.
En revanche, l'emplacement au coeur d'un centre commercial sale et sombre dessert l'établissement, notamment la nuit (cris en tous genres d'une faune nocturne sous l'emprise d'alcool et/ou autre).
La chambre est grande mais vide. La lunette des WC est fixée de travers. La condensation fait écailler la peinture tout autour des fenêtres.
Excellent petit déjeuner (buffet avec beaucoup de choix), accueil sympathique.

Very central location, close to the cathedral, city centre and shops. However, rooms are big but a bit tired. Need renovation. One tiny elevator between reception and three bed room floors asks you to provide a lot of patience …. Staff very friendly

Room was good, sofa bed was surprisingly good, felt like a proper bed unlike the flimsy ones you get elsewhere. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city centre and easy walk to most places you'd want to visit. Convenient parking underneath the hotel. The two negatives are the poor, dated condition of the rooms and the poor air con that didn't seem to make much of a difference whether it was on or off. Overall, the location makes this a decent choice for a short stay but rooms need refurbishment and better maintenance.

We just arrived and, even before we entered the room, a urine smell took place, so we asked to change the room (reception prompt attended, very professional). Even during the first day, looking in the surrounding of the restaurant, we saw a mouse running around. I saw a second mouse in the second day. We showed the mouse (!!) to one of the staff from the restaurant and she did not even pay attention. Looks something normal for them apparently. Breakfast was... poor, compared to Novotel in Luxembourg (we were there 5 days ago). Bathroom had some mold, under the windows some painting was peeling off. Staff was normal to bad - exception was one lady which said a really nice "good morning" every day. Recommend this hotel? I don't think so. If you have an alternative, keep with it.

L'accès au parking public est un casse tete.
J'avais pourtant appelé la reception qui m'a indiqué qu'il n'y avait pas de parking autre que le parking public. Ce qui est vrai sauf que j'ai decouvert par moi meme, tardivement, qu il y avait un accès dédié au novotel et un asensur qui menait directement a l hotel. Dommage.
Par contre tres joli bar salle.pdj avec vue piscine, superbe.

Zimmer, Bett und Frühstück im Hotel sind sehr gut!👌🏼 Einen Wasseraufbereiter steht auf dem Gang. Das Parkhaus liegt unmittelbar schräg daneben. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es etliche Cafés und Restaurants, die Mosel mit ihren Brücken ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen! Schön hier!❤️
