A éviter : - hotel ancien et non rénové - chambre ancienne et mal décoré - pas propre / mauvaise odeur (moquette, humidité, mobilier ancien, douche ancienne…) - confort basique / lit non confortable - pas de clim - pas de coffre, autres appareils… - stricte minimum - procédures covid non respectées - petit déjeuner pas qualitatif - en centre ville (galère pour se garer).

Ein kleines und sauberes Hotel. Sehr freundlich, ich konnte mein E Bike sicher abstellen. Zur Altstadt 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Frühstück etwas mager, kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Wenn man vorn raus schläft wie ich, ist der Berufsverkehr morgens laut.

Certes un peu daté... mais a du charme, je trouve . Je pense même que l'hôtel devrait en jouer plus dans la déco intérieure des chambres..Personnel très très agréable et serviable, notamment le monsieur à l'accueil. Etablissement propre, près du centre et de la gare. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Petit déjeuner varié (salé/sucré). Pour ce qui est du parking, nous avons trouvé une place devant l'hotel (gratuit la nuit et de 12 à 14h ).

Attention, en cas d’annulation de votre réservation, cet hôtel n’hésite pas à débiter tout de même la nuitée ! Je viens d’en faire l’amère expérience et malgré mes appels répétés, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. Et le personnel me mène en bateau… Établissement à éviter donc !

Hôtel bien situé, pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est écrit. Accueil très sympa, mais chambres petites et anciennes mais propres Petit déjeuner très corrects chambres un peu bruyantes si orienté sur Rue surtout le matin

5-star breakfast room with balcony and very well appointed, very attentive staff a palace breakfast without fault for the Escurial hotel. I would even say beware the Negresco should take lessons in humility and learn welcome guests congratulations to all the staff of this small but large hotel with its exceptional 3-day welcome. Franco

Very close to the station and within easy reach of the historic center of Metz. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are nice. My room was a bit small, but it had a nice view of the square in front. I had booked through Booking, but it was not clear that the price did not include breakfast. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The price is pretty good. Recommended.
