C’est la 2eme fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et je dois avouer que je suis à nouveau agréablement surpris par l’accueil qui pour cette nouvelle expérience était remarquable ! J’ai pu faire la connaissance de 3 personnes à la réception toutes les 3 très professionnelles. Un accueil avec une boisson chaude pourrait être un standard des hôtels de ce type mais ne l’est pas …et même lorsque l’on séjourne au sein du fleuron du groupe Accor à savoir Sofitel l’accueil est loin d’être personnalisé ! Le petit déjeuner est plutôt de bonne qualité et sors des standards habituels avec quelques produits faits maison comme une quiche lorraine ou un crumble aux quetsches ! J’ai même pu boire un thé vert nature ce qui malheureusement n’est pas non plus un invariant chez Mercure ou Novotel !

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit à l’hôtel Mercure de Metz. Très bien situé en plein centre de la ville de Metz. La chambre est très bien et plutôt originale avec sa salle de bain ouverte. Gros + sur l’accueil vraiment chaleureux et généreux. On recommande !

The hotel was outstanding in every way .The staff were extremely attentive, nothing to much trouble . The location marvellous and the hotel bedroom suits immaculate with everything one bbedsneeded.

Good hotel but room that does not correspond to a 4-star hotel peeling paint marks on the walls broken furniture legs window overlooking a wall 1.5 meters away

Un séjour fantastique au sein de ce bel hôtel ! Un accueil chaleureux et efficace durant mon voyage, la propreté des lieux qui est à souligner et à féliciter, ainsi qu'un petit-déjeuner varié et local (fuseau, quiche lorraine maison, etc.).
