Very convenient location at the city center. Cozy and modern with nice breakfast. Nearby to all city attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful to all our requests! Great recommendations where to eat and spend our day.

Uncomplicated reservation, good and inexpensive parking close by, friendly and competent reception, nice room, very tidy and very clean, but very very small and slightly musty smell (the window always had to be left open), good breakfast, very friendly, helpful and competent staff.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I must admit that I am once again pleasantly surprised by the welcome which for this new experience was remarkable! I was able to meet 3 people at reception, all 3 very professional. A welcome with a hot drink could be a standard in hotels of this type but is not…and even when you stay in the flagship of the Accor group, namely Sofitel, the welcome is far from personalized! The breakfast is rather good quality and goes beyond the usual standards with some homemade products like a quiche Lorraine or a damson crumble! I was even able to drink a plain green tea which unfortunately is not standard at Mercure or Novotel either!

We had a very good night at the Mercure hotel in Metz. Very well located in the center of the city of Metz. The room is very good and rather original with its open bathroom. Big plus on the really warm and generous welcome. We recommend!
