Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. First of all, the wifi in the room didn't work at all; secondly, the electronic doors in the room were broken. They couldn't be opened from the outside or locked from the inside. They were repaired several times but were still broken. I went up and downstairs to the front desk N times in the past few days. communication; again, around five o'clock in the morning on Saturday morning, a sharp short selling alarm suddenly sounded. I contacted Ctrip to modify the order and cancel the subscription, but there was no solution at all. They only said that the hotel did not agree. A few days after I checked in, I found that there were a lot of Chinese group guests in the hotel. I felt like it was a rubbish hotel that Ctrip cooperated with. Ctrip, do you have any conscience in cheating your compatriots? Without doing some due diligence and blindly recommending, I just focus on earning agency fees, and pretend to be dumbfounded if I don't solve the problem. I am very, very disappointed...

We came with senior-age tour group and stays here for 2 nights. On 18 May 2024, at 8.26 pm the first alarm alerts in all guest rooms and public area for a minute and again the second alarm alerted at 8.39 pm, my family and some of other guest went down (by use fire exit) to the front desk to ask what has happening, the gentleman with glass at the front desk informed us that there was a technical problem and nothing to worry. We decided to wait at the lobby for a while and the third alarm alerted again. We came to ask the same guy, his answer was ‘something can happen as a human beings’ I asked him that should you walk and explain to the other guests that were waiting with no clues what has happened. He said as I currently talk to him and when will he has the time to explain, is this call ‘service’ PS : senior guests at the age of 80-88 years old, walked down from 5th floor to the front desk and some with no shoes as they were scared from alert sounds. In general the alarm sound means something bad was happening

Chambre grande avec bureau, maxi tv, fauteuil pour lire et lit. Matelas et oreiller très confortables. La chambre est propre et très très bien équipée. Des lumières partout, une veilleuse qui s'allume en détection de présence pour quand on se lève la nuit, volants roulants électriques (et rideaux intérieurs), cafetière, ... J'enlève une étoile pour la recherche infructueuse du sèche cheveux ; le personnel n'a pas su répondre à et me dire où il était avant que je rende ma clé.... Le sèche cheveux est apparemment dans un tiroir quelque part dans la chambre.... voilà pour ceux qui chercheraient aussi
