I need to signal though a problem.
but not sure if due to hotel or provider. In principle the hotel was paid but I had to pay again becauae recepcionist did not see it as paid.
So it caused a double charge.

When I checked in, I paid a deposit of 150 euros by swiping my credit card. It has been almost a month since I left the hotel and the deposit has not been refunded. I called the hotel twice and the person who answered the phone was very perfunctory. It has not been refunded yet. Someone also reported similar issues on the ************* website, so be careful when booking this hotel. Also, breakfast is very simple.

I,m shocked at previous bad reviews. We have just returned home from a National Holiday. The hotel was lovely. We booked our holiday on a bed and breakfast basis. There was a menu offered in the bar/ restaurant area every evening apart from Sunday were we offered a menu for room service only. The staff were all friendly. Anything we needed they would accommodate for. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is only a half an hours drive into Paris. I would definitely recommend. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Journée de formation en salle, accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Repas très bon et rapide avec un service soignée. Une belle découverte de ce jour ! Nous y retournerons pour nos séminaires à venir. Le personnel est aux petits soins et répond à nos demandes rapidement. La salle de formation est décorée avec goût et très confortable (Vidéo projecteur installé et relié avec l'écran automatique). Merci à vos équipes pour leur professionnalisme.
