I was absolutely disgusted with the 3 days I stayed I booked for 7 days but after having the cleaning staff walk into my room without any notification or even a knock on the door. The member walked in and and walked back out and when I asked her what she was doing? She would not answer and walked off I then raised the security issue as my passport my money were in the room and there was no safe not even a do not disturb sign anywhere I explained and said I can't stay here I don't feel safe and my belongings are definitely not safe in the room when I was not there and said Im checking out and expect full refund and the manager agreed and understood my issue and even booked me a uber to my new hotel but yet I have received no refund Also the rooftop floods and comes down the wall to level 5 Also the corner rooms have 2 sides that are glass so it's a sauna and only have tiny fan to cool it down and the curtains don't even cover the glass Also whenever traffic or trucks drive past the building shakes it's like a earthquake I took video of the fan shaking untouched and pics of the rooftop flooding I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! CASA ROMITA more like CASA DUMP
