Whenever I have a bad experience somewhere, I normally don't leave any bad reviews, and I chose to say nothing. Because I don't like to and normally I would speak in person. However this time I consider I need to speak up about the frustrating and so disappointing experience I had with my family, specifically when travelling with a baby. We booked for 6 night, with a rate of over 100usd per night, which is not cheap and of course you have certain basic expectations at that rate, such us for example toilet paper amenities (which was refused by management to be given an extra piece - even a 30usd B&B would provide) During the 6 days, no cleaning service at all, although upon check in the room didn't smell so clean. I kindly asked a housekeeping lady who was in a checkout room to please give an extra towel which she did. Location although is in Roma, it is not the best, but not bad. The building has their own security which is good, however they are not so helpful and just limit themselves to do their job and to smoke constantly at the entrance of the door. No help with luggage, no help with trolley, no help to get into a cab while raining and carrying a baby. Room was somehow spacious. If you travel solo or with a friend and only need a place to sleep and not use the room much then maybe it is recommended (although for that case personally I wouldn't book a stay for over 100usd per night, or maybe I would elsewhwre but not at Myla) At that rate there is better options where you are treated as a guest and not merely as a transaction. I have stayed in very expensive hotels and very local B&B's in Mexico and around the world, and even a 30usd B&B/AirB&B would treat you as a guest. I would not come back or recommend Myla.
