很喜歡住這裏，離小吃街很近，離規模大一點的超市也不遠，旁邊小路安全幽靜，兩側不是酒店就是住家。房間內的設施都很不錯，還有公用洗衣機和烘乾機，好像洗衣液也免費提供，不過公廁環境不怎麼好。房間是密碼鎖很方便，網絡電視節目，自動登錄酒店的Netflix 會員，影片隨便看，不過沒有感興趣的。電梯很特別，裏面沒有樓層按鍵，在外面直接按樓層，然後根據指示進入相應的電梯，很新穎

Worst place
1. Four times to get room passcode to work. Made me go up 12 floor
2. No internet access in room
3. Poor customer service to resolve issue. Told to wait
4. Not helpful day time attendants to surrounding
5. Brick size wall, easy to fall out of 12 floor or EARTHQUAKE
6. Extra Charge for daily room cleaning outrageous
7. Elevator closes after 4 times open and closes
8. No tooth brush after spending $80 ***

Good location and kind staff but extremely noisy if you get the window on the main road: no matter which floor you stay, you hear sirens (police, ambulance, …) literally all night loudly

The location is great. Many cafes and restaurants to visit, or just to walk around and appreciate the architecture of the area.
The rooftop bar looks awesome, and the gym is sufficient.
Definitely a great option, especially considering that it has a little kitchen and fridge. The hotel also has a laundry/drying machine in certain floors.
The check-in is a bit late (3pm); although they say if there is a room available, they will allow you to check-in earlier. Interestingly, I waited in the lobby for around 1 hour since I didn't have much to do. All people who arrive who were non-latino were given a room, all Hispanic people were asked to wait. Maybe was a coincidence?
Also, be mindful that taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel since it is in front of an avenue.

This is in a really good location with really nice rooms - I recommend the nicer rooms with large windows, it's a really cool way to see and experience the city. Service was really good even though I also had the problem that it took a few codes to finally work. They are also responsive via Whatsapp. Looking for ward to staying on my next trip.

Exceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City
My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question.
The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks.
What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference.
I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

房間冰箱噪音很大，不用可以關掉，外面在施工特別吵，説換房間安靜一點的衹有降級沒有窗户view的，晚上睡覺前發現床單下面很臟，説了也沒解決，多給了一個床單説鋪在上面，就很離譜，我平時都不寫評價的，整無語了，避雷吧。

陽台景觀很好，在第一天入住時工作人員還用毛巾疊了兩衹天鵝，非常可愛，沒帶充電器跟前台人員借，酒店不提供但他把他私人的借給我了，非常友善。詢問附近推薦的酒吧也很貼心的推薦給我了。酒店位置也非常不錯，附近有很多好吃的餐廳以及小吃，離地鐵站也挺近的。
