Upon check-in, the hotel initially assigned me a room with a faulty door lock, which is a significant safety concern. Under normal circumstances, the front desk and housekeeping staff should ensure that the door locks and basic amenities are in working order before handing the room over to a guest, rather than letting the guest discover the issue themselves after checking in. After I reported the problem and made a request, it wasn't until evening that they moved me to a higher-floor room with a balcony. The new room had a functional door lock, and the overall living conditions were noticeably much better. I appreciate that the hotel was willing to change my room later on. However, I still believe that assigning a room with a broken door lock to a guest in the first place indicates a need for improvement in pre-check-in room inspections and front desk management. Door locks are crucial for the personal safety and property security of travelers, and issues should not be addressed only after a guest complains. I hope the hotel will thoroughly inspect rooms before guests check in to prevent other travelers from encountering the same situation in the future.

Very clean place with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, excellent views, and very convenient for getting around the city.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to the snack street and not far from a larger supermarket. The small lane next to it is safe and quiet, lined with either hotels or residences. The facilities in the room were great, and there's a shared washing machine and dryer, with what seemed like complimentary laundry detergent, though the public restrooms weren't in the best condition. The keyless entry with a password lock was very convenient. The smart TV had Netflix automatically logged in with the hotel's account, so you could watch movies freely, even if I didn't find anything I was particularly interested in. The elevator was quite unique – there are no floor buttons inside; you select your floor outside, and then it directs you to the appropriate elevator. It felt very modern and novel.
