Very bad service. Stayed for four nights, the air conditioner was broken for two nights. The point is that this hotel has no windows and no ventilation. The sealed window faces the sealed window of the opposite room & the corridor. There is no privacy at all. The sun comes from the narrow patio between the two rows of rooms. There is no air conditioning and ventilation. There is no fresh air at all... The air conditioner broke on the first night. I called the front desk. The English of the night duty was not good. The three of us slept all night. The next morning, I went to the front desk to communicate. There was no solution at all, so I was asked to move rooms. We have been traveling for 20 days. I really don’t want to pack three big suitcases. I said I would try to fix it. If it can’t be fixed, I will provide a fan. As a result, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the industrial fan was provided. The sound and wind force are impossible to use in the room... The air conditioner was not fixed either. I called the front desk again to explain that it was our last night. Can we provide a room to sleep? We will come back tomorrow morning to pack our luggage and check out. The hotel refused to agree, saying that a group of guests cannot occupy two rooms, and the manager is not there (when I went out to communicate in the morning, I said that I would report to the manager if it couldn’t be fixed). Then I never answered the phone again! ! ! No matter how I called the front desk, they didn’t answer! ! ! There was someone, but they just didn't answer the phone!!! We asked Ctrip to help communicate, but Ctrip said they couldn't contact the hotel either, haha, and then Ctrip said they would refund the last night's room fee, and let us communicate with the front desk to solve the rest. The room was too stuffy, so we packed our luggage until 12 o'clock, and went directly to the front desk to communicate (still refused to answer the phone, but there was someone there, and asked why we didn't answer the phone and pretended not to understand English and didn't reply). The front desk opened a new room, and we said we had a lot of luggage, so you send someone to help us move the luggage. We had packed it, and the front desk said no one was there, so we could go back to the room to pick up the luggage tomorrow!!! The front desk has the authority at all, and we would have accepted it if it was solved earlier, so we didn't have to communicate back and forth for a whole night??? When we checked out the next day, they didn't offer any compensation for the air conditioner being broken for two nights, until we said that the children's breakfast should at least be exempted, and they said yes. Then the hotel breakfast was very unpalatable, except for the juice. The location is not very convenient except for the library. It is recommended to live in the old district or the roma district, at least one district's concentrated attractions are within walking distance!! Also, the hotel's showerhead is seriously clogged, the shower water is scattered everywhere, you need to find water yourself to take a shower or wash your head, the water flow is very small, it takes half a day to wash your head or body clean. In conclusion: the hotel hardware is not very good, the service is too rubbish, and the front desk will deliberately not answer the phone when there is a problem!!!

The front desk service was very bad. Iridian, and it was understandable that the room was not cleaned, but the water was not replenished. After I complained about the extra bed, the so-called general manager Lizeth just added the bed in a very casual manner.
