Excellent location, very close to historic centre. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant also has good food. Room service is also excellent.

We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access.
Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day.
