Exe Cities Reforma

Extremely disappointing experience at Exe Cities Reforma. I returned to my room around 2 PM and found that it had not been cleaned. The front desk assured me it would be cleaned before 3:30 PM, but that promise was never fulfilled. At around 4:10 PM, housekeeping knocked on my door. I immediately replied that I would open the door right away. Less than one minute later, when I opened the door, the staff had already left, leaving only the cleaning cart outside. I went downstairs again and spoke with the front desk staff member, Monserrat, who simply told me that housekeeping service had already ended. Instead of apologizing or helping solve the problem, she implied that it was somehow my fault for not opening the door fast enough — despite the fact that I responded immediately and opened the door within about a minute. What shocked me even more was her attitude. When I explained that I had paid a high hotel price and expected proper service, she responded by saying this hotel was “cheaper than others.” This is completely unprofessional customer service. To make matters worse, there were black stains on both the duvet and the bed sheets in the room, which further reflected the poor cleanliness standards of the hotel. Throughout the entire interaction, there was: - no apology - no accountability - no attempt to resolve the issue - no respect for the guest experience For a hotel under the Eurostars brand, this level of service is unacceptable. The broken promises, rude attitude, poor cleanliness, and lack of basic hospitality made my stay very unpleasant.

Nice hotel, good price, very friendly staff, the room was clean and they gave me water everyday.

The location is decent if you don’t mind walking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly except for the long haired lady.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Recommend it for a short stay.

Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .

Room is big and service is nice, only the breakfast is not good enough, suggest to change to buffet and more option for breakfast.

Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

Good breakfast, Good location

The service was good and, the buffet was amazing. It’s a bit far from the city and attraction sites.
