Great location. Room average but bathroom was very dirty in all corners. My towel had a huge hole in it, which they change after letting them know. Our sink didn't drain due to dirty pipes (the dirt and hair would flout around in the water that wouldn't drain). Poor lighting , no fan. Room description said it had kitchenette which ours didn't. ONLY good thing was the location.

I usually don’t make this kind of comments but the property has very poor maintenance. In the room was mold and the paint was coming off the walls. The main knob door was falling apart, the refrigerator wasn’t working, was ask for more towels because the ones we had were like sand paper including the bathroom floor mats had holes and very old and stained, they advertised that they had pretty much that it was equipped with utensils (which there was none and missing a lot of pots so we couldn’t even cook, bed was very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep much, the balcony seemed like it doesn’t get cleaned because there were old cigarette buts, the balcony shades were old and damaged, the property elevator is old makes a lot of noise and the elevator door is very dangerous, my girlfriend’s leg got stuck in the door and won’t open so we were lucky that I was right outside and push the outside button to reopen the door, same thing happened to me but it was my arm. I notified the front desk and they’re answer

I love Mexico City and I adore the people here. I would be back any time. What I found are most of the hotels. I’m not very well. Kept up with repairs. Paint shipping cracks in the walls, the floors, but the people and the cleanliness of the sheets and laundered items is excellent.

The room was very convenient for a single night. Private kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and a comfy bed. Great option cheaper than a hotel room in the area
