還是比較古典的店，古典的店都不大。但是很典雅，市中心，非常方便，離憲法廣場還有國家宮很近。旁邊有家當地早餐店很有名，要排隊的，當地人去吃的。

Excellent customer service and very attentive staff. Esteban and Ivan were very helpful during our stay. We had to transfer rooms a couple of times (due to us adding days to our trip). They transferred our luggage and made the transition(s) effortless. The hotel is very well located, has amazing reception staff, the cafe staff are also attentive and courteous. Enjoyed breakfast and evening snacks with great view from the cafe/restaurant . Rooms are very clean. We absolutely recommend them and will certainly stay with them again. Thanks!

Okay…I don’t often write reviews, but I must let people know how much I enjoyed my stay at the Orlando Central and Rooftop hotel. The staff is amazing! Super friendly, accommodating and helpful. I was in Mexico City for my birthday week. The staff even decorated my room and left me a sweet birthday card, that they all signed! The rooms are clean and modern. The rooftop cafe offers beautiful views and really yummy food. (The pizza was so good. I would only suggest a chicken or turkey option at breakfast for those who don’t eat pork). I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the kind staff and incredible location! We literally stepped outside for the parade! The hotel even had face painters in the lobby for the day of the dead celebrations. Also, the lobby smelled divine! A big thanks to Nelly, Valencia, Karla, Miguel, Rosalia and Hilda. I will definitely be back!

Location is unbeatable - in the middle of Centro Historico with hundreds of businesses. It made our trips to El Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Parque Alameda, Plaza Garibaldi, Torre Latinoamericano, and Templo Mayor so close. The Staff was so professional and always welcoming, going above and beyond. From checking in, you are a top priority. Our room was very clean and contemporary. Breakfast on the rooftop is such a great amenity to have, eating breakfast under the rising sun watching the Mexican Flag. They also offer complimentary soft drinks and snacks during the day which was a big plus. Staff is always available in the main lobby ready to help you. The staff was always at the main entrance to greet you. I felt very safe coming in at night and leaving early in the morning.
