Staff very friendly, room was spacious and clean, it takes 10 mins. to get to the subway station. we had a good stay.

The hotel in general is pretty good, very clean and tidy, with Mexican theme. The location is right in front of metrobus stop and near to Mexico city downtown, although the surrounding zone is not tourist, next to Tepito. The restaurant was big but for my one night stay it didn't have many available options for dinner, only two dishes. If you need something near to central bus station TAPO or airport for a short period I will recommend it.

“I had a very disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely rude, and despite texting them on WhatsApp the day before, I felt ignored and mistreated. It even felt like I was nearly scammed at one point. They gave priority to others while treating me poorly. I would not recommend this place — please be very cautious.”

Old style room. No aircon, loud electric fan. Dirty sheets and towels. Very poor wifi connection. Encountered a front desk staff, that doesn’t want to give drinking water.
