This cute hotel has everything we needed for this trip. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It’s tucked into a lovely little street. Its a great way to stay in Condesa without displacing people like Airbnb does.
You have to push the call button to get in, and there is always someone there to open the door. This made us feel safe.
Our room was right above the kitchen but we didn’t hear a lot of noise. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Marta really made us feel welcome, as did everyone else there.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to CDMX.

Nice location in Condesa. Very clean, but there’s no heating, which can be a problem in the winter. While there are no bars on the street, nearby house parties made the hotel very loud on two nights. Note that you have to ring a doorbell every time you want to enter from the street, which can become annoying.

Although I had to stay at the hostel at short notice, I was very happy to be accommodated.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Safe, walk-able area close to many restaurants and cafes. Comfortable and clean room. Not large, but it was perfect for the two of us. We loved our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel is located in Condesa, walking distance from myriad dining options: restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, street food vendors, etc. Location is excellent!
The area feels safe. We walked around at all hours of the night. You’ll have to identify yourself before entering the hotel each time, buzzing in via the intercom system. Although there is nightlife, the neighborhood is quiet.
We arrived at 10 AM during the work week, an hour drive from the airport because of traffic. We left before 8am on a Sunday, less than 30 minutes back to airport.
The property and room were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The wonderful staff are courteous and helpful.
I highly recommend. I would stay at Parral 14 Boutique Hotel again.

First time staying at Parral 14 boutique hotel. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, safe , clean and perfectly located place to stay , Parral 14 should be highly considered. This is NOT a Sheraton style hotel. It’s small and has all the basics but not much more. Staff are professional and polite. My only complaint would be that the front main entrance door should be open between normal business hours so guests don’t have to use the call box every time they want back in. Also , the first night I arrived , I couldn’t even get in because the call box was not lit and couldn’t find the button. Fortunately , a nice older man showed me how to “buzz” the box as he walked by. I stood out there for 20 mins in the dark trying to figure this out. Couples should try to get one of the interior bigger rooms. More space.
