The hotel has a lovely homely feel. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely go out of their way to help with anything you need. Little touches make the stay feel extra special: oil steamers in the room, evening tea service, and soothing music on an iPad. I also loved that the TV had Netflix ready to stream.

I love Nima! This is the best hotel - the service, small details, staff, food, and rooms are fantastic! Everything is super clean as well. Whatever we needed, the staff was happy to help and always super friendly. I love the rooms and entire hotel. The bed is so comfy and rooms have such a great design. Can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at this property, and everything seemed fine at first. The service was good and the place is visually beautiful. However, my experience changed completely when an earthquake occurred during our stay. What made the situation truly frightening was not the earthquake itself, but how unprepared the hotel was. There were no visible safety signs, no emergency protocols, and no guidance from staff. No one seemed to know what to do, and guests were left confused and scared. In that moment, I felt extremely vulnerable. I did not see clearly marked emergency exits, an internal alarm system, or adequate stairways to evacuate safely. The staircases felt narrow and insufficient for an emergency situation, which increased the sense of panic. No matter how luxurious a place may be or how attentive the service is, should never be optional. After this experience, I would not risk my life by staying here again. It honestly made me question how a property with such serious safety shortcomings can hold a Michelin Key.

This was one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at especially to the level of above and beyond that the hosts go to make sure you feel at home and well taken care of. I would stay there every time we go back to Mexico City . If you choose this place you won’t be disappointed. And the Spa is also a must .

My husband and I stayed at Nima for several days in mid-December and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. It's a very special hotel, on a gorgeous quiet-yet-bustling street, run by extremely kind and thoughtful people. Rooms are lovely and breakfasts, delicious! We will absolutely come again.

Nima House Hotel is a beautiful, tranquil, elegant refuge from the wonderfully teeming streets of Mexico City. It combines both traditional architecture with the finest modern amenities. The staff is incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive to their guests’ needs. The food is amazing & the entire space is immaculately clean. It is truly very special. I look forward to my return!

Nima Local House is a very special hotel in the heart of Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. If you are lucky enough to stay here, I recommend enjoying breakfast downstairs and, later in the day, enjoying a drink on the lovely rooftop. And there's a spa? Yes! The spa is located just down the street and if you go there, like I did, make time to enjoy the sauna, steam room and tubs before or after your treatment. What a gem! The hotel is small, only four rooms! It is intimate but that is part of its charm. The photos on the website are accurate, and it's even better in person.
