We spent 6 days there. Hotel has perfect location and very nice staff. Our room was cleaned every day. Not expensive. We slept very well. Note: Prepare deposit for TV remote controller. We recommend this hotel.

Las condiciones del hotel no son buenas. Esta muy sucia la habitación, la Internet apenas funciona. El servicio de la habitación pésimo. Olvide unas pertenencias y llame el mismo día para pasar por ellas y me dijeron que llamara al día siguiente y después me dicen que no había nada.... osea nada de seguridad ni respeto al cliente. Me fui dos días antes de lo que ya tenía pagado tampoco te regresan ni el 20 % nada de nada... osea un fracaso y una experiencia super mala. No se lo recomiendo para nada...

El servicio del personal excelente muy bueno lo recomiendo a la recepcionista de la tarde no recuerdo su nombre eres una chica muy amable y si tienes dudas ella te ayuda sin duda regresaría porque aparte está muy céntrico está muy seguro las calles están muy tranquilas no hay tiendas y está muy céntrico fácilmente puedes llegar al Zócalo a Garibaldi y al auditorio
