"Old hotel with average service, it's main function is to serve as a convenient location if you have to catch an early flight. The room is comfortable, but if you book the cheaper rooms they will send you to another wing, difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the rooms as the pathway to get there from the lobby is not well arranged with steep ramps."
"To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the ”red bus”; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1.
The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink.
I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight.
2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may).
I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel."
"Generally speaking, it's not bad. It's located in the tourist area, opposite a large park. It's very lively with dancing and singing at night, and there are small stalls and vendors. It's not far from Constitution Square. Breakfast is a bit simple."
"Exceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City
My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question.
The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks.
What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference.
I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!"
"It was a superb experience staying at this hotel. Almost everything is perfectly done and I was amazed from the front desk, the cafeteria, the rooms, breakfast services and choices of food. I experienced great hospitality comparing to other hotels nearby. I told my friends in New york and California to book at Zocalo Central hotel if they are visiting Mexico city. The centro historico is a great location where the hotel us located. See you again.
Thanks Zocalo, you are amazingly one of a kind place to stay away from home."

"It’s located at a very nice location and you can get to lovely cafes and restaurants by foot.
The room is spacious and clean. However, if they can replace the shower gel and shampoo with better quality one that would be great.
I’d call this hotel is old fashioned hotel but the value for money is out of the chart. "

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

PPabloski 保罗Fantastic Location in Mexico City – Heart of San Ángel & Insurgentes
One of the best locations to stay in Mexico City—especially if you’re visiting the vibrant areas of San Ángel and Insurgentes. You’re surrounded by tons of great restaurants and bars, and right next door is the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts events almost daily.
Transportation is super convenient, with the Metrobus station just outside, connecting you to both the north and south of the city. The UNAM (Mexican National University), the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy are all nearby—there’s just so much around.
The hotel itself offers great service, cozy rooms, and an amazing staff. They even provide free shuttles, and the driver, Alberto, is fantastic—friendly and super helpful.
Bonus tip: there’s an Italian restaurant downstairs with a buy-one-get-one pizza deal on Tuesdays. Don’t miss it!
Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location.
GGuest UserNice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

AAnonymous UserGood place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.

JJCMONACOI have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
