The NH Hotel in Geneva offers an overall good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location is central and offers good access to public transport and attractions.
However, some hygiene issues have been noticed that tarnish the overall positive image. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired and there were reports of uncleanliness in the bathroom and accumulation of dust in the corners. This is particularly unfortunate as cleanliness and hygiene are crucial for any stay in a hotel.
