Nice and quiet location. First visitors needs more information about facilities. Room is nice and clean, has AC too. Not to loud luckily. One thing I really missed from the room as an early riser that is a coffee station. Breakfast and dinnes buffet are really good.

A great stay. And the food? Congratulations to the chefs! Delicious! And so much of it! Something different every day, always something super tasty. The food is an absolute plus. Delicious freshly ground coffee, with a choice of cold or hot milk, almond or soy. With white or brown sugar and sweetener. The bread and croissants disappeared quickly because they were the best. Okay, as for the food, it's a 10. As for the pools, it's a 10 again. Good for an 8 because it lacked a jacuzzi. It could have had one or two, more bubbles, and more frequent water jets. There are loungers at the pool, and sunbeds and umbrellas outside. Beer and juice from the fridge for 10 złoty. The rooms are large and nice, with a table and soft armchairs, toiletries, and a bathrobe. A very enjoyable stay, I'd gladly return. I highly recommend it. I mean, I don't recommend it to people on a diet; it's impossible to resist such delicious food ;)

The key feature of this hotel is the thermal pools. They are well maintained. There are four pools of varying temperature. One is cool. Another is pleasantly warm and has an inside and outside section. These pools do not appear to be mineral spas. The other two small pools are high in mineral content and high in temperature. They say to limit your dip to 20 minutes. Outside there is a generous lawn with ample deck chairs and shade from umbrellas. The meals provided are cafeteria style and include local cuisine. Alcohol is available at reasonable prices. The rooms are of a decent size. Our bathroom looked as if it had recently been refurbished.

Balneo Hotel Zsory wellness was good but too small. The food was really good and tasty. When we arrived and went to the room my husband's robe was torn and dirty. Cleaner got the new one but it was dirty as well. We had many problems with reception staff. We just wanted a kettle and some Nescafe to the room but the staff couldn't give it, the answer was : We can buy it on the shop. What??? Balneo Hotel is 4 stars hotel, and the guest have to buy coffee? Finally we got a kettle but was disgusting {smell and rusty}. We spend 2 days here but we booked 6 days. We never want go back this hotel. I don't recommend it.
