Good hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is a little bit out of town but very close to the beach and has nice views from the rooms.

Complètement déçu !! Client depuis 18 ans, il a suffit d’une remarque d’une employé pour être considérer comme un moins que rien… Un directeur qui manque de discernement, et de professionnalisme.. Aucun sens de l’hospitalité, ni considération..

On a séjourné une semaine dans l’établissement et nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à partager ce moment avec les membres du personnel qui toutes et tous étaient adorables. Assia et Hadir du Kids Club ont été au petit soin. Ma fille en parle encore. Merci à toutes les deux Je ne pourrai pas tous les lister mais tout le personnel ont été au top. Concernant l’infrastructure, bel établissement au niveau du Hall d’entrée mais il y a des petites améliorations à prévoir. Je préfère me concentrer sur la sympathie de mon séjour. Pour le reste je vous laisse corriger pour revenir encore plus vite 🥰

Pour commencer c ne pas le service de 5* Pour commencer a l’entrer l’agent de sécurité me laisse pas garer devant l’hôtel il veut Que je gare la voiture au parking avec mes valises et mes enfants en plus j’étais obligé de me faire entrer mes affaires tt seul dans un hotel 5* ✅Check in rapide et service excellent meme avec l’absence de cocktail bienvenue ✅chambre sup vue de mer luxe 10/10 ✅restaurant correcte mais pas 5* 7/10 ✅animation totalement absente 0/10 Meme le mini club mentionné au avis de client precedents inexistant hotel déconseillé aux familles avec enfants ✅congres et séminaires dans l’hotel pendant 2 jours donc trop de monde non resident a l’hôtel et trop de bruit. Vraiment déçue. Cet hôtel n'a rien dun 5 étoile rien nest entretenu correctement (les jeux billards, babyfoot ne marchent pas les pièces se bloquent) on est allé le signaler à la réception et ts les jours on nous balade en disznt de revenir le matin et rien ne se passe. A la plage on nous a dit que les enfants n'avaient pas le droit de jouer en courant, à la piscine on nous a abordé de manière agressive en demandant si on était de l'hôtel et on a dû donner notre numéro de chambre. On a choppé une infection aux yeux à la piscine intérieure(mon fils et moi). Franchement service pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoile. Seul le kids club est bien, personnel adorable, le reste ne vaut pas le détour

Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants de 4 et 9 ans. Hôtel propre et agréable alliant modernité et charme oriental. Thalasso exceptionnelle avec un personnel passionné et professionnel, experts de leur domaine. Les soins sont très qualitatifs, le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Le Kids club destiné aux enfants de 4 à 12 ans fait le bonheur des enfants et des parents. Les enfants s’y sentent tellement bien que les parents peuvent vaquer à leurs activités en toute tranquillité. Merci à Assia et Hadir pour leur dévouement et leur patience avec les enfants ainsi que pour la multiplicité des activités proposées! Axes d’amélioration: les prix pratiqués à l’hôtel sont démesurés : payer un plat 10 fois plus cher qu’en ville ne devrait pas être autorisé…c’est même irrespectueux de la clientèle. Davantage d’animation en soirée serait apprécié. Merci pour ce séjour!
