Hôtel sympathique pour des vacances détente : belles piscines , jardins avec un entretien impeccable, plage privée appartenant à l’hôtel à proximité (propre et agréable) sur laquelle vous trouverez Momo et ses dromadaires pour une ballade, qui vous laissera un superbe souvenir ( ainsi que pour d’autres activités). De plus, équipe d’animation dynamique et très pro ! (Bons spectacles) Femmes de ménage adorables, prestation parfaite. Mot de la fin pour flamingo quads (situé en face de l’hôtel) bon rapport qualité prix, belle immersion.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. GRAND BRAVO à l'équipe d'animation : Yoyo, Kimo, Gustavo, Hichem, djo, et tout les autres. plein de souvenirs... Carole the Best, Margaux de Bordeaux, Camille et Arthur... ehhhh proutprout tralalere... Hôtel très propre. superbe piscine et jardins tres bien entretenu Buffet varié et bon. Personnel sympathique. Spa treees vieillissant et très forte odeur de cigarette. Personnel pas forcément agréable.

Frenchement superbe hotel. Super qualité prix. Alors l'equipe d'animation frenchement j'ai jamais vu sa de ma vie ils sont formidables, tellement gentil, simple, professionnel. Et d'ailleurs tout le personnel de l'hôtel et tres professionnelle et tellement simple et humain. On se sent super bien dans cet hotel. La piscine est juste magnifique, les repas sont bons et il y en a pour tous les gouts. Si vraiement je devais donner un point a ameliorer c'est rafraîchir les chambres mais elles restent deja tres bien. Frenchement super qualité prix. Je conseil à 100%

Hôtel club offrant des services de qualités . restaurant correct.grande et belle piscine extérieure.jardin très bien entretenu .personnel accueillant et bienveillant.guide lors des excursions très professionnel . Les chambres sont très correctes par contre les clims dans chambres ne sont pas encore activées alors que nous avons eu une semaine de chaleur .

Des prestations au niveau attendu par rapport au descriptif de cet hôtel : propreté, qualité de la restauration, des choix d'excursions très intéressants et variés et pour terminer une équipe d'animation "Jumbo" topissime ! Un coup de chapeau particulier pour l'animateur "Momo" qui nous a beaucoup fait rire et qui nous a entrainé dans des activités diverses et variées grâce à sa patiente et à sa gentillesse. Au global, ce séjour du 3 au 9 mai a été une vraie parenthèse de déconnexion et de bonheur. Je recommande donc à tous !

I really had an incredible stay. Clean hotel, clean room and cleaned every day. A big thank you to the entire entertainment team because without them my stay would not have been the same (Djappa, Kimo, Yoyo, Hishem and all the others). Having taken the all-inclusive formula, I was able to take advantage of all the meals on site which were always varied and very good. The restaurant and bar team are also top notch. I recommend this hotel 100%. The cleaning service is also top notch. Only small downside: the bed was slightly uncomfortable for me who has back problems.

We went to the Holyday Beach Hotel 2 years ago. We met Momo there with her camels along the beach. We decided to come back to the same club to see Momo again with whom we are friends now. He is adorable, attentive, very patient, generous, a golden person. This year, he organized horse rides for us, quad biking with a unique guide for 3, the desert express with the guide Magid who is at the top, jet sky, we revisited the farm where he works. He showed us the milking of camels, tasting of hot milk, benefits of aloe vera. He also found palm tree shoots for us and recommended some very good typical restaurants at unbeatable prices. Don't hesitate to go and meet him, you can trust him completely. You won't find such good prices for your excursions anywhere else. We had a very good stay. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The buffet food is very good, varied, and also suitable for young children. A downside for the non-alcoholic drinks which are not very varied and the fruit juices which are not. All the hotel staff are welcoming and smiling. High-quality entertainment with top-notch, very kind hosts who chat and joke with you. They are not pushy and respect customers. Always a smile and a kind word. Quality shows in the evening, they spare no effort. Thanks to Djappa for the gym and aquagym classes, Momo for the morning walk, Gustavo for the dance classes, Yoyo, Hichem, Tchala, Djo for their good humor. Thank you all for the dancing during the nightclub evenings. Thank you for the good times shared. Despite mixed weather in this last week of April we had a very good holiday, we were never bored. Hotel just too hot! Everything is very beautiful, clean, in very good condition (I specify because we often have hotels that deserve a major refresh). The swimming pool is magical (a little cold in April ;-). The “pool view” rooms are magnificent. The beach is separated from the hotel by a very small street so not inconvenient at all. The beach snack bar wasn't open yet (being painted), when it's finished, it's going to be great. The beach is beautiful, little sea****. The hotel restaurant is super beautiful with modern decor (very nice terrace). The food is very good and of high quality, it changes every day. The dishes are delicious and very fresh. A huge thank you to Moktar at the restaurant. He took great care of us and prepared our table with pretty decorations. It was a pleasure to go and eat just for him ;-) The Jumbo entertainment team is the most brilliant of all the hotels I've been to in Djerba (and even elsewhere). A crazy a**osphere with them! The hotel staff is top notch, they are all adorable and at your service whatever your request (thanks Ali ;-). And if you want to take a camel ride on the beach, go through Momo directly on the beach (no need to go through the hotel or your agency), he will take you to see the only camel in Djerba, the alpacas, the camels (adults). and babies). If you like the sun and the heat, go from May onwards (in April, the temperature is a little tight, a little cool, quite overcast and the water is rather cold). So if you are a fan of 4 star ++ hotels, you absolutely must choose the Jumbo Holiday Beach hotel in Djerba ;-) The 2 sisters and the 3 children ;-)
