The location and food were excellent!! The room was more dated than the pictures, but it was still in good condition. The sauna was nice but small and crowded despite having to make a reservation. Everyone was friendly and the service was good even though the hotel was very full. We enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is mediocre in every aspect. A facility that does not give value for money. The rooms look like ruins. There is no iron on the upper bunk bed, the safety deposit box is scrap, the cabinets are scattered. You cannot see a relevant official at the facility. They sell rooms all over the world for tourists, but they do not have staff who speak proper English. Except for the two Romanian ladies working in room cleaning, there is no one who greets or cares. I don't understand how such a hotel is sold in a place like Sis Hotels, and I don't like it, and I think all the ratings this hotel gets are lies

Una bella e già sperimenta esperienza qui con i miei bambini. Comodissimo e ottimale. Sulle piste direttamente si scende con gli sci dalla struttura e si rientra a chiusura impianti. Buona la cucina ottimo il servizio. Personale accogliente e gentile. Pulito e funzionale nel complesso.

Come sempre Marilleva è una conferma. Conosciamo la struttura che nonostante i suoi difetti estetici ogni anno presenta qualche miglioria, e la posizione sulle piste è impareggiabile. Da tanti anni ritroviamo con piacere Fabrizio al centro sci, ormai una garanzia di professionalità. Il servizio per i bimbi quest'anno era addirittura migliore dell'anno scorso, abbiamo apprezzato molto il convogliamento di Angelo e l'infinita dolcezza di Amanda ed Erica, le "zie" perfette... I nostri figli non vedono l'ora di passare al teen, sembra che i ragazzi con Alex si siano divertiti un mondo! E poi si sa, quando i bambini sono a posto tutti il resto va bene in automatico! Molto carino anche l'intrattenimento serale. Torneremo sicuramente!

parto dalle note negative: struttura datata, camere sufficientemente spazioose ma sicuramente da rimodernare. Il riscaldamento ottimamente funzionante con termostato su ogni radiatore, quindi c'è la possibilità di scegliere la temperatura di confort. armadi abbastanza capienti. Il letto merita una sufficienza, i cuscini buoni. Il ristorante merita 10 per il personale addetto, sempre solerte e sorridente. Per il cibo non vado oltre il 7 perchè era buono ma poco vario, soprattutto per la colazione. Pranzo e cena , invece, quasi sempre da 8 in tutte le portate, tranne un paio di cadute vertiginose, ma tutto sommato esperienza positiva. Il personale delle camere disponibile e attento. Recensione invece positivissima per lo staff di animazione: ragazzi davvero bravi, coinvolgenti, simpaticissimi, finalmente spettacoli nuovi e non sempre le stesse gag, due cantanti con voci eccezionali, un capo animazione Andrea e Antonino davvero due comici bravissimi , Fabrizio sempre "sul pezzo", attento a tutto, Insomma esperienza davvero positiva! Bravi!

TOP i professionisti che gestiscono l'animazione ed il TH LAND MINI , ammirevole la disponibilità di Amanda, la simpatia di Fabio, la cura di Erica, la professionalità e puntuale organizzazione di tutto lo staff sia di intrattenimento per adulto che per bambini. Abbiamo due bimbi di 4 e 7 anni e per tutta la settimana non li abbiamo visti. Io e mio marito abbiamo fatto la nostra prima settimana bianca da coppia. GRAZIE RAGAZZI

Struttura datata. Pulizia camere e cibo discreti.Buona posizione sulle piste.Abbiamo sofferto durante il soggiorno le grida e gli schiamazzi dei bambini che correvano su e giù lungo i corridoi (anche gocando a pallone) nelle prime ore del pomeriggio e/o in tarda serata,quando avremmo voluto rilassarci e riposare un po'! Sollevato il problema in reception ci siamo sentiti rispondere "Sono solo bambini".

personale efficiente, cibo buono, servizi eccellenti, magari servirebbe più attenzione nel riassetto della camera e nel cambio biancheria da letto. Bagno minimal ma sufficiente. In sostanza è stata un 'ottima vacanza. E' l'ambiente giusto per famiglie con figli piccoli o adolescenti.
