Comfortable stay right on Miami Beach. Decor in the room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Could not fault the location for proximity to the beach and surrounding neighbourhood. If you’re staying in this area I highly recommend getting up for sunrise and sitting on the beach to watch it! Valet parking was slightly eye watering in price, but this seemed to be the same in most places in the area. Common areas in the hotel a bit tired and show why the star rating was lower than other properties close by. You have to walk through the outside area of the hotel restaurant to get into the hotel entrance, and not one member of staff paid any attention to us struggling with our bags, offered to help us up the steps or even held the door, which was a bit off putting as a first impression.

They put us in the wrong room and we had to change rooms. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely tiny. The shower was so tiny you could barely move. The staff was not helpful, unprofessional, and the customer service was poor. I will not stay here again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here on a recommendation…..last recommendation I take from that person. The rooms were tiny, the bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in and smelled very dingy. If you do stay here, request a room that isn’t on the alley side of the building, dumpsters are emptied each morning around 6:30ish and the slamming around is impossible not to sleep through. The AC didn’t really cool the room down either. On a bright note, all of the staff at the hotel were great but that was it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved the location and that it was to the quieter side of the *****. The bed was comfortable and we also appreciate that we couldn't hear guests from the room next door or the room across from us.
We didn't like the bathroom in our room. It was extremely small and a sliding door for the shower would have been a better design than being on a hinge. We had to navigate getting into the shower without getting the floors wet as well as not getting burn from the hot water as the temperature would fluctuate.
Apart from this issue I would recommend this property. It was a nice stay.

Fantastic stay. Room was renovated and in excellent condition. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was great and price was very reasonable in comparison to other hotels. What more could one want. Would definitely stay again.
