Great location. Rooms are clean, spacious, air conditioned.. They allow me to do a really early check in with charge. The staff is nice, helpful and professional, specially Nathaly, such an awesome and kind person.

酒店靠近海邊 地理位置很便利
大堂香水味道很刺鼻 有免費咖啡和冰水 房間很小 衞生間倒是寬敞 重點是床單如此的噁心 應該是沒有換過 床很舊 翻身會響 隔音效果差 淋浴水壓很低 酒店可以提前入住 早餐在隔壁街一個餐廳裏 不推薦入住

We stayed here on a Saturday night before our flight home. Valet parking next door was great and the hotel decor was nice. Location on Collins was so handy for Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road etc as we walked everywhere. H the r downside was that it was very noisy at night, people shouting in the street, cars revving through the night. I’d asked in advance for a quiet, high room but we were on the 2nd floor at the front so not sure this was taken into account. The walls were very thin, we could hear the people next door hang the toilet and drying their hair very early in the morning. A private space for luggage would have been too as I was concerned leaving them in the lobby. The free beds on the beach were good, but it would have been better to have 1 per person allocated rather than 2 per room. We paid for 4 people to stay in 1 room but had to have 2 sunbeds between us.
