Nice renovated apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and washroom. Safe neighborhood near 5 street. Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it.

I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as the conditions were unacceptable, unsafe, and nowhere near the standard advertised. Mold on unsafe windows, broken curtains, noise from cars, room next to stop in the street, broken WC, light fixture broken, dirt under the furniture, noise fridge, watermarks on floors, curtains didn't close complete, light coming out from street at night, no front desk, kept you waiting for long time to answer and get your codes to check in, horrible management... this is false advertising, no luxury at all. I hope I can upload pictures and video I got from that horror place.. please Make yourself a favor.... Skip The booking here!

Owner and manager were VERY helpful!!!! They are VERY nice!!! There is Target, TJ Maxx and Public's grocery store in walking distance. The larger units are the better units. It’s an older building.

We have just returned from this accommodation in Miami. Please do not be fooled by the photos. We were initially given our first apartment which on entering smelt terribly of damp, the kitchen was not fit for purpose with a broken sink tap and cooker job. The toilet seat was hanging off and the shower leaked. We complained and got moved but this apartment also smelt of urine which we discovered was probably the air conditioning unit. Subsequently we did not have the aircon on which made it very hot. On leaving they then contacted us about parking multiple times even though we explained they were charging us for longer than we stayed by $100. I have never had to submit a poor review before but feel that the accommodation photos and reviews do not reflect the apartment.

This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our time at Sunny Days apartments in Miami Beach.
The two-bedroom apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had a cozy room with a bathroom, and the kids had their own room too. The small kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the dining table fit us all easily.
We liked that bikes were available for rent and beach chairs and umbrellas were included - we used them every day! We also appreciated the onsite parking, even if it cost extra.
The location was perfect, with a grocery store just a block away. We could walk or take a short Uber ride to the beach and Ocean Drive.
Overall, Sunny Days was comfy, handy, and really thought of everything. Highly recommend for a fun Miami Beach holiday!
