This was much more than just a hotel room - we stayed in a suite that included a fully equipped small kitchen and a living room area with a gorgeous view of the beach. Having the kitchen was incredibly convenient and made our stay feel more like home.
While some of the interior showed a bit of wear, everything was clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep after long beach days.
The space and amenities more than made up for any minor cosmetic issues. We would definitely stay here again!

When me and my husband arrived at 1030, they told us that they did not have a room availabl which was kind of crazy. Because we booked our room in February. The lady at the front desk. Her name was Cassie. She was so sweet, she worked. It took her a minute, but she got us together. We ended up getting a nice room. Thank you, Cassie.

The staff were wonderful. The property was okay - but i guess buildings are older in South beach. The location was great. We got a corner window room that have the beach view, so it is pretty nice.
Check in was a little tough, as the check in is in one of the three Hilton properties. While they are next to each other. Manager should post the check in address at the door, not at the coffee station inside the building - (if you have not checked in, you can't see that). For people that came to south beach and stay at Cresent for the first time, it can be a little worry some. I would stay at this property again, if i go to South Beach again.

Not well maintained and run down. It’s not worth the money to stay there. I’m somewhat surprised Hilton would associate their name and brand to this building.

This is a great location that has lots of walking and running paths as well as bicycles that you can rent and is right next to the beach. There are lots of dining and shopping options all within a walking distance.
