Super clean hotel, wonderful bed, quiet room, excellent shower. The pool is very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful and served us a delicious cookie at the entrance and two beautiful returnable bottles of water in the room. I highly recommend the hotel!!!’

My stay at The Gates was very good! The cleaning, the facilities and the location were perfect. They offered a cookie as a welcome that was fantastic! Just two things that didn’t happened as planned was the 35 dollars resort fee per day that I didn’t realize that I was supposed to pay and that the room’s door doesn’t work properly and left me outside of the room for an hour. But, as a compensation, they aloud me to stay an hour later at the check out.

The room is as good as ever. The only thing that doesn’t have a kettle is everything else is good. The room is cleaned every day. It’s very close to South Beach. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk there. It’s very convenient to walk one block to the Bass Museum of Art. It’s just downstairs from the hotel free bus
