Stayed at Island House South Beach Miami and honestly had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything happening in South Beach. The staff was super friendly, active, and always helpful whenever needed. Breakfast was basic but was a good gesture.
The property is clean and well maintained. Yes, it does feel like an older property and not ultra-modern, but somehow that actually adds to its charm and authentic South Beach vibe. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated, but they provided clean towels and all the basic amenities, which was honestly better than many other hotels in South Beach.
Overall, 10/10 from my side. Great value, amazing location, friendly atmosphere, and I will definitely be coming back again.

Great location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Big clean room and lots of toiletries in the bathroom. Nice friendly host.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM the next day. The breakfast is terrible, there's no restaurant, the environment is bad, the service is bad, the soundproofing is poor, it's noisy because it's on the street, and the facilities are old. It's not worth the $300 a night price. I will never go there again.

Pros:
The hotel is in a great location, check-in is 24 hours. The room has two beds, a new personal air conditioner, a dressing room and a small room in front of the toilet and bathroom where you can keep your things. There are beach towels and you can take chairs and an umbrella for the beach for free.
Cons:
Several small cockroaches were spotted, the shower is dangling, noisy from the air conditioners outside the window, dirty windows.
In Miami Beach, in this price category, this hotel is one of the best, if you want something cleaner and newer, it will be much more expensive.

There are a lot of bugs in the room. The location is OK, very close to South Beach. Maybe because it is near the scenic spot, it is very noisy at night. I was on a business trip and stayed there. The hotel staff is still very nice.

At a price of more than 100 dollars, it is quite cost-effective to live in this location. You can't compare the conditions of a hotel with a price of 400 dollars.
The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very nice. He said that it was only a five-minute walk to the beach and told me the way to the supermarket, etc. He was very warm and considerate.
The only drawback was that the noise was a bit loud, haha, I hope the boss's business is prosperous and he can replace the sealed windows and the air conditioner when he has money.
