Great location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Big clean room and lots of toiletries in the bathroom. Nice friendly host.

Плюсы:
Отель находится в отличном месте, регистрация круглосуточно. В номере две кровати, новый личный кондиционер, есть гардеробная и комнатка перед туалетом и ванной, где можно держать свои вещи. Есть пляжные полотенца и можно взять стулья и зонтик для пляжа бесплатно.
Минусы:
Были замечены несколько мелких тараканов, душ болтается, шумно от кондиционеров за окном, грязные окна.
В Майами Бич из данной ценовой категории этот отель один из лучших, если хотите чище и новее, то это будет сильно дороже.

房間裏有很多小蟲子。地理位置還行，離南海灘很近。可能因為是景區附近，晚上很吵。出差，湊合住了。酒店的工作人員還是很nice的。

100多美元的價格，住在這個位置還是比較划算的了。不能拿這樣的價格去和400美元的酒店比條件。
酒店前台小哥特別好，熱心的説走路五分鐘就能到海灘，還告訴我去超市的路等等，非常熱情非常貼心。
美中不足噪音有點大，哈哈，希望老闆生意興隆，有錢了能換一下密封窗户，然後換個空調唄。

Sehr gut gelegen , netter Mann am Empfang und Frühstück abgepackt aber so viel du willst . Perfekt für Leute die preiswert übernachten wollen und mehr draußen am Strand sein wollen .

Overall, this is a quiet place to rest your head. It was clean, but felt very old/dated. The carpeting in our rooms was visibly older and although it appeared as clean as it could be, it looked like it was in desperate need of being replaced. A fresh coat of paint and new carpeting could make this room feel a lot better. In general, I wish I had spent a little more for a nicer room. For a cheap overnight stay on a budget, it was fine. Staff there was very friendly and welcoming though. Centrally located near south beach and restaurants.
