This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Everything from booking price, billing, room condition, and customer service was unacceptable. The billing was misleading and felt like cheating—the final charge did not match what was booked. The room was dirty, stinky, and poorly maintained: • Broken bathtub • Clogged toilet that would not flush • Strong bad smell throughout the room • Clearly not cleaned or inspected To make things worse, the front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t listen to our complaints and completely ignored us. No effort was made to fix anything. This place is not worth the money or stress. ❌ Please do NOT choose this hotel. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Decent hotel for price and area. Appears clean and safe. Friendly staff. There is $50 deposit but it was refunded so no worries.

The room was great, and had wooden floors. The bed and pillows were great 👍 The staff was super friendly. This is the best choice you can have if you are looking for the best value!

Loved our stay here,lovely people on the desk.clean room clean sheets. people need to be aware that this is the cheapest place in south beach,you want extra then pay for extra at a different hotel.dont expect 5 * and not pay five star. As long as the place is clean that's all I'm bothered about. Id stay here again as its a bargain price. Nice to meet use 😊

We booked this property through Airbnb to arrive on Saturday February 26, 2022. We were driving to Houston (3.5 hours from us) for the flight early Saturday morning. Friday morning I check my email only to find out this place cancelled my booking due to "flooding". I was very suspicious of this reason. There were bad reviews all over for this place but it was the only thing I could find on Miami Beach for our trip. I tried emailing the hotel through Airbnb with no response. I tried calling but no answer. We I was left with a very few short hours to find another hotel. I could not find anything in South Beach and had to stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The day we arrived at the Miami Airport (Saturday) I drove straight to the hotel and walked through the entire property and there was NO water damage or work or closed off areas. It was business as usual. I guess it was a blessing we didn't stay there due to all the horrible reviews. However, this place left me stressed to the max with their lies. I did not head the warning of other reviews but please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!! I did file a complaint with Airbnb and will file with the BBB.

Empezando por la atención pésima, El lobby sucio, las habitaciones sucias, la cama y cobijas viejas el control del tv sin baterías, el WiFi no llega bien a la habitación y para colmo nos cobraron $50 del deposito y no lo devolvieron porque dejamos el carro afuera del hotel mientras recogiamos las cosas del hotel y hacíamos el check in. Pésima atención del personal
