Kimpton south beach exceeded my expectations with designated beach area, free ride within south beach area, staff very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and provided beach bag and umbrella which are nice to have and above and beyond compare to other hotels. They also added a personal touch to my stay with a birthday cake and a bottle of wine for free which is above and beyond. Only downside is the location is further up closer to mid beach tha. South beach bjt trolley stops right in front of hotel and a taxi/uber is reasonably priced to south beach. Highly recommend!

Kimpton hotel was a great stay! I enjoyed it! Also has convenient transportation for there guest. The shuttle bus to & from the beach was very awesome didn’t have to worry about looking for parking on south beach. Roof top pool was amazing “aesthetically pleasing” has a spot where you can do yoga etc. the hotel was literally about 7-10 mins for the beach. Overall I enjoyed my stay I’ll rate them a 8/10

酒店環境和設施更像商務酒店，不適合去度假的，前台非常小，雖然有露台游泳池但躺椅看起來都很臟。前台在辦理check-in的時候很嚴肅，沒有放鬆的感覺。窗外風景一般，很遠能看到一點海。酒店隔音一般，旁邊房間説話和看電視都可以聽見。酒店衞生打掃不徹底，冰箱裏有喝剩下半瓶的果汁。
優點是酒店每天下午有happy hour可以免費喝酒，前台有長期供應的檸檬水。
另外，不是每天都有shuttle bus去海灘，衹有周四到週日有，去海灘要打車。離Lincoln road近，走路可到，逛街方便，對面就是trader joe‘s方便買水和零食。

從第一天的失望，到第二天的驚喜，此行還是非常非常滿意的。因為第一晚給的房間有很大的噪音，一個晚上沒睡好，第二天就想換房間，因為英語交流不好，試着聯繫攜程客服幫忙跟酒店商量換一下房間，結果酒店迅速的就解決了換房問題，換的房間也非常讓我們滿意。感謝攜程，感謝帕洛瑪南灣金普頓酒店，給了我們一個非常愉快的入住體驗。
