I attempted to book twice. The whole ordeal made me feel extremely unsafe as a woman. The manager Rob called me after I made my first reservation with ******* and told me: that my reservation was not valid unless I paid him several hundred dollars more or extended it to 4 days, he would cancel my reservation. He proceeded to state that his studio apartment was too big for two people, I wouldn’t like the location and that I should stay near the airport! Plus there would be a music festival and the noise would be too much for me. My second reservation was done on the hotel’s website via the link he sent to me after dictating which units I should select as he was reserving others for larger groups. He then contacted me and said unless I paid nearly two hundred more for a supposed “sales” tax than what his website quoted on my new invoice, he was cancelling my reservation. So on Christmas Day he cancelled it without my authorization. I have never experienced this type of demeaning behavior from a man, especially a strange man. Ever. Telling me what I should like and where I should be. As a woman it made me feel my well-being would be at risk.

I would give this a rating of - 5 pool barman complete rude t@@t can't understand an English accent apparently and doesn't know what Martini is date 27/10/25 18.00. Inside water features all over the place meaning leaks everywhere trash shoot lock and you have to walk the rubbish down and outside of the building to the ally. No lift to roof pool the only saving grace is the apartment we are in is privately owned.

Misleading advertisement. Lot of extra rules and requirements couldn't enjoy the stay without feeling like i was going to charged with more hidden fee. Not your typical hotel stay for sure.

This was intended for a family trip. And it was not appropriate for children at all. This was for adults there were loud drag shows all day & night creating noise above the master bedroom. The pool was nice, the room was okay. The hallway smelled like pot & cigars. The location was great across from the beach. The view was very partial. But it was nice. The location for adults was very good with many shops, restaurants and bars. The bath/ shower was broken and leaked. You could only use the above shower head not the wand but regardless every time we showered there was water all on the floor.

The property is remotely managed and is awfully done.
The owner is very responsive but basics are missing.
Had to go to the reception twice to get the key card keyed in.
The flush didn't work and the owners response was pick up the back lid and pull the chain. I will call a technician when I can. These are basics which should be checked.
The room was freezing at thermostat set to 62. Again the response was open the windows open it will be better. Highly disappointed with the whole place. The pool was decent size but not not clean

When we arrived, we were told the life was out of service and would be fixed the next day. After a 24 hr flight, carrying suitcases up the stairs was not ideal. We did have a bellhop carry one bag up. The room was tidy but not very clean. After I showered, I went to get into bed and my feet were pretty dirty. The balcony door did not lock, and when i asked for a rod to put in the tracks ( all the other doors have these bars) I was told not to worry, its a safe area. The vibe in the area is great though it is above a bar/nightclub that approx every 30 minutes they have a 'show' and the noise is next level. Definitely not a place to go if u value your sleep. There is one bed and the other 2 we're click clack lounges which we had to make up. The room has a musty smell which is quiet over powering. This would be ok if it was cheaper, but definitely not worth the money I paid and I am thankful that my knees were able to endure the 4 flights of stairs everytime I wanted to go out. I guess if your young and fit, this wouldn't be an issue.
