The room facilities were extremely basic, and the cleanliness was subpar – overall, it was even worse than a budget hotel in China. Because it's by the sea, the entire hotel had a damp, moldy smell. Rooms without a balcony couldn't open their windows, making the air even more stuffy. While American hotels generally aren't top-tier, paying over $2000 a night for this was definitely not worth it. The hotel service was also terrible; on check-out day, staff rudely came to rush us out, which is something I've never experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in, both domestically and internationally. The front desk staff also had a poor attitude. The breakfast was just average American breakfast fare, and the rooftop pool wasn't open. The only positive was its proximity to the beach. All in all, I highly do not recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were very basic, and there was mold everywhere in the corners. The exhaust fan was practically useless; after one person showered, the walls and mirror were completely steamed up. The only good thing about this hotel is its location right on the beach, making it convenient for watching sunrises and sunsets. The area is also quiet and not crowded with tourists.

The room was just okay, with a slightly stuffy smell. The hotel beach was nice, and Miami Beach itself was quite peaceful. There's a restaurant right below the hotel, and a supermarket isn't too far away. The hotel staff were all pretty good!

I had to pay a deposit twice for a two-day stay.
