There were ants in bed and floor of the room. Room was too cold as aircon was hardly adjustable. Never again. Even I'm Diamond Hilton Member

Everything fantastic except for card key for room didn’t work until exchanging for a new one.

Very bad experience. The hotel has no soundproofing and is very noisy. I asked for a blanket but couldn't get one. The air conditioner didn't work properly. I have never stayed in such a bad Hilton. There is no brand filter at all.

The room facilities are not new. There is a big mirror facing the bed which is not very comfortable. I took out a big bath towel from the bathroom and covered it with it before going to sleep.

The waiter's attitude was very bad, and it seemed that they didn't care about the customer experience at all. I reported the wifi connection problem 4 times, but they just delayed and perfunctorily dealt with it. I also communicated about two bottles of water, and they promised to deliver them the next morning, but they still didn't deliver them. I almost never write bad reviews unless I can't stand it anymore. It seems that this hotel doesn't care about the customer experience at all, and there is no pressure to review. I, including my team, will never choose this hotel when I come here for business trips in the future. Trash, trash, the most trash.
