THIS WAS THE THIRD TRIP IN FIVE WEEKS FOR ME, I ENJOYED MY STAY EXCEPT FOR THE ROOM HAD NO MICROWAVE IN IT ???? BUT A REFRIGERATOR.

Good location hotel that lacks integrity.
I called to ask for a shuttle pick up and the operator told me they didn’t offer such services and had to pay $40 for a taxi.
Stayed overnight and prepaid but they insisted for a credit card for damages. Stayed for less than 12 hours and the room was left immaculate and the following day they placed another deposit charge on my card.
1st time in Miami and not a good impression left to the point that I rather pay for a real Marriott hotel or stay at a Hilton.

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel near the Miami Airport. The customer service was excellent—they even arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my trip so much easier. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
I’d definitely stay here again!
