Moxy Miami Wynwood

I had a great time at the Moxy Hotel in Wynwood, Miami for my first trip to the city! The hotel had a vibrant, modern vibe, and the staff was super friendly. It’s in a perfect location, with plenty of art, food, and nightlife nearby. Can’t wait to return!

I stayed at the Moxy Wynwood Miami during a recent business trip, and it turned out to be such a lovely surprise. The rooms are much more spacious than expected! Modern, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a long workday. The highlight, though, is absolutely the staff. Everyone was welcoming, but Many stood out with exceptional kindness and support throughout my stay. Having that level of genuine hospitality makes traveling for work feel so much easier. I’d definitely return.

5 stars for EMILY --She completely made my business partner’s and my day with her over-the-top service and genuinely great energy. The drinks were perfect, but honestly she was the standout — attentive, fun, and somehow knew exactly what we needed before we even asked. I wanted to gatekeep her, but she’s too good not to share. If you’re at the Moxy, do yourself a favor and sit wherever Emily is. She’s the reason we’ll be back.

We were a party of of 150 players and parents on a rugby tour and the facilities and staff at the Moxy were nothing short of awesome. The facilities were perfect for kids of all ages and there was plenty of things for the parents to do as well. The staff, led by Emily, were incredible - so helpful and accommodating. Thank you - we will be back!

I've stayed at Moxy hotels before, and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I was there for four nights recently, unfortunately during the soft opening, and then opening of CC Rooftop Social Club and Brooklyn Chophouse. The music from the social club came through the air vent in our bathroom (it literally sounded like a band was playing in our room) past midnight for two of the nights. The pool was closed for 3 of the 4 days we stayed, and we weren't told about this beforehand. When the pool finally opened on Saturday, we had to go down to the desk to have someone let us up, there was no bathroom on the same floor we were allowed to use (which meant you had to go all the way back down to the second floor and then have the desk person let you up again if you had to pee), the pool was filled with paper napkins and electric candles from the night before, and all the furniture on the pool deck was stacked on top of itself, creating an obstacle course. It's clear the hotel hasn't worked out the relationship with the restaurants on the upper floors, and it really impacted our stay negatively. It was a bummer to come back to a place we paid to stay, and be treated indifferently in the first floor entrance by the staff working the door for the club upstairs, and be limited to one elevator to get back to our room. We had hot water in our room for 2 of the 4 days we stayed--the other days it was lukewarm. And the front desk response to all of this was basically, 'sorry--it's out of our control' (other than the hot water--they sent the engineer up, which fixed it for a night, but then it went back to lukewarm). On the plus side, the location in Wynwood is terrific, the room itself was spotless and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the second floor lounge area is spacious and inviting. I remain a fan of Moxy, but not this one.
