House keeping very slow. Even water bottle asked is delivered after 1 to 2 hours . Guest must bring own water
Other things ordered are very slow and late in response

We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces. Receptionists were great and helpful. Room was spacious as well.

Exellent location, easy taxi ride to Airport, Miami Beach and Little Havana. Has a Starbucks that opens at 5AM (behind the hotel in another building), has plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi was terrible, kept getting cut off and needed to keep loggin in.

Service at hotel was excellent! Unfortunately, it is in area that is not so safe. Lots of homeless panhandler begging for money and food.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room view is absolutely stunning! It's truly fantastic! I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Miami!

The hotel is a bit old. Otherwise I have a good experience with it. Staffs are polite and attentive. I don’t have hesitation rebooking with it

Stay was generally good overall, they allowed early check in as rooms were available when we arrived which is a plus, only thing is wifi isn’t great kept disconnecting. Overall it’s a good hotel and in a more quiet part of downtown not too far from port of Miami.
