Reservation was wrong. We were told we only had a single bed in a room not as nice. Even showing up 10 hours after check in time begins, our room was not ready. When we entered the room the both room was not cleaned up properly. When discussing a refund for the room being downgraded the staff member first mentioned that a refund would be given then later retracted that statement saying that it was at the fault of the booking agency and there would be no refund given.
