Large gap around the door. Single pane window so can hear all noise from outside. Air conditioner very loud and rattles. No option to keep air moving. Broken toilet paper holder and handle on shower knob falls off.

They sent us to a new hotel didn’t cover the cost of travel ti a new hotel and didn’t cover my 100 dollar deposit to new place even tho I booked all this a month ago

Convenient location across the street to Bayside Park and Bayfront. Walking distance to Frost science museum. Hotel was very strict for check in time at 3pm or later. Not flexible at all. Front desk depending who he or she was, one was met he was rude. Other lady was nice. Small bathroom and the door was very heavy. Unfortunately the side street lights flashing all day long. Night time was hard to sleep.

Overall:
- If you don’t care about the hotel/service being super nice, the location is incredible but everything else is subpar for the price
The cons:
- Service was not good for the weekend. When we asked to get more towels it took over an hour and a second call to get them
- It took them 2 days to make up the room each time even with the card on the door the whole time
- The walls are paper thin and I could hear the people above walking around and the people next door talking
- No fridge
- No microwave
The pros:
- Location is excellent
- Air Conditioner with accurate controlling

The facilities are very old, and the glass windows have terrible sound insulation. It was so noisy outside on the street that I barely slept a wink all night.
