The room was tiny, with barely enough space to move around, but it was clean and tidy. What was unbearable was how loud the air conditioning unit was; I couldn't sleep and eventually had to turn it off. I had arranged with the front desk to store my luggage for free on the day of departure, but they would charge $10 per bag, or $30 for three bags, if stored overnight. I planned to drop it off at 5 AM the next day and pick it up at noon on the third day. However, when I arrived at the front desk at 5 AM with my luggage, the same staff member who had made the promise acted as if our previous agreement never happened. When I reminded him, he changed his story, claiming the hotel couldn't store luggage overnight. I was speechless. Why do Americans act like this?

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Bayfront, and the room has a great window view. The cleanliness is good, but the bathroom is very small and cramped. The mattress is a bit old and squeaky.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Got a room on 6th floor with a nice side view. It is a very busy hotel, so the 2 lifts get really busy in peak hours. Very comfortable beds and good daily servicing of the rooms - good hotel overall

Giving 3 stars for services. $28 daily fee (gym, water, WiFi) and $100 deposit. Free drink with a voucher from Celia's. Quick check-in despite the crowd, and security guards were great. I used the stairs since the elevator is too slow only one works. Gym's tiny and packed, but I get it cus most guests are on cruises. As for the room, I noticed dirt and a lot of hair on the carpet; it looked like they didn't clean it well

This hotel was basic, but it was in the best location ever located for the cruise and for the basketball. It was only a few streets away from where you could get coffee and breakfast.So it was a good hotel. Incredibly expensive but that's miami.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable overall, with excellent facilities and prompt service. The location is superb, offering a wide variety of dining options nearby and easy access to transportation. They over charged me. I was only to pay 24$ do to me already paying 124 to trip .com Never received my deposit back also. Yve Hotel charged me 84$ and no deposit of 100$ back
