Element Miami International Airport

Close to the Miami airport and has free shuttle service. Room is large with microwave,glasss top stove, coffee machine and large fridge , king size comfy bed and sofa. Nice swimming pool by the ponds The only problem is poor wifi and breakfast just okay.

I recently stayed at the Element Hotel on NW 25th Street in Miami, FL on Saturday, October 25, 2025 for 1 night. I have stayed at Element hotels in other cities and had a pleasant experience. I waited for the shuttle at the airport and even though I was waiving my hand and yelling, the driver drove past me. I called the front desk and asked them to send the driver back which they did. He did not apologize for missing me, he simply informed all of us on the van to help him look for people standing on the sidewalk trying to waive him down. The driver was very informative and shared a lot about the area, restaurants and that the hotel was recently remodeled. When I arrived, I was hoping to check in but was told there were no rooms ready at 11am. So the young lady at the front desk took my cell number and told me I would receive a text when my room was ready. I sat in the restaurant area with my iPad and kept busy for a couple of hours. At 1pm, I looked over at the front desk and noticed that the same young lady who told me my room was not ready, was giving out rooms to people who had just walked in the door. I got up and went to her and was told my room was ready and it had just been released. When I went into my room, it seemed clean enough but there was something about the room that seemed dingy and old even though the driver bragged about the hotel remodel. As I took off my shoes and socks, I realized there was something sticking to my feet so I grabbed a hand towel; wet it and added soap. I wiped the floor from the bathroom to the bed, then to the desk and back to the bathroom. The attached picture is what the towel looked liked after I cleaned the floor; the white towel was almost black! I noticed the housekeeping staff uses a "swiffer" type floor duster but no soap/water is used on the laminate floor. If they are not properly cleaning the floor, what else is being missed?? This is one hotel I will not be returning to ever.

If you’re staying just one night because of a flight connection, the hotel is perfect. But if you’re traveling with family, it’s terrible. It’s literally right next to the airport, and the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you constantly hear the planes. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by warehouses and workshops—definitely not a nice area. There’s no free parking; it costs $25 per day. Breakfast is average—not great, but not the worst either. Overall, I wouldn’t return.

It’s decent. Has pool and gym which is nice. Breakfast is quite varied. Rooms are great. Reception can be a bit chaotic sometimes only have 1 staff member on. Would stay again though.

A little bit old but nice hotel, big room apartment like
