It was great location, the shuttle is so convenient and everyone was so nice. You cannot check in early but you can drop your bags for a dollar at their car rental counter and come back later. Clean and convenient.

Service was great! Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean when we arrived, definitely staying there again when we are back in the area.

No stairs for those who don't like lifts which was a big deal for my daughter who had to use it 9 floors to go to the restaurant. Rooms were good but very thin walls and could hear next door like they were in the room with us! Bar staff were lovely on the evening but breakfast they struggled to understand us and didn't know what we meant when we asked for water. Contential breakfast wasn't great so we ordered off the menu and the food was average. Evening meal food was lovely though. Used both the pool and gym, pool was cold,not heated and gym was basic but did what I needed it to do!
