There was a photo of an indoor pool and hot tub and there wasn’t either of those. That was the main reason for my stay. Other than that the room isn’t bad for the price

After reading some of the negative reviews we were a little skeptical about this hotel. It was in the exact location where we needed to be so we took the chance. I am so glad we did. We had absolutely no problems with this hotel. The staff was amazing from the minute we walked in. Friendly, courteous, professional, attentive. I'm not sure of all their names the first day we arrived but I do know that they deserve to be recognized. Sonali Agarwal - I believe she is the general manager. She helped us with a slight problem and did not give up until it was resolved. This woman needs a promotion and a raise. Jane and Bob who checked us out the morning we left. The two bartenders in the dining area. All deserve to be commended by their bosses. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. They do not offer a continental breakfast but they do have a breakfast buffet. A little pricey but convenient. They have fast food restaurants nearby if you would prefer. It's a perfect location if you are there to visit the Air Force Museum. There are many restaurants and stores. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short car ride away.

Never been to a Double Tree that looked more like a cheap Hotel. I was looking forward to using the pool just to find out that was not operational (wished it was mentioned at booking), I tried to be positive and decided to just use the bath, but it had no plug to stop the water. I reached out to the FD and was told they had none. At arrival were told breakfast was included and gave us the times, next morning found out that it was not and we were charged for it. Room was not comfortable, loud hvac - had to choose between the room being cold or being loud. Would never stay at this location again.

I’ve honestly never felt the need to write a review before however the state of this hotel was so appalling I felt the need to spare someone else from staying here. Bottom line-this place should be closed, re-vamped and then re-opened. It has potential but needs some serious maintenance. We were greeted kindly by the front door staff. It seemed eerily deserted (which should have been our first sign) however we made our way to our room via hallways which smelled of paint. Everything was taped off with painters tape with white paint splattered on the floor and smoke detectors bagged up (surely that’s a safety hazard!). The room was spacious however grungy. Then after taking a leak it was clear this place was dilapidated—see pics with mold, horrible paint job, cracked ceiling etc. We were supposed to stay another night but there is no chance I’ll be using that bathroom as I’d likely come out dirtier!! Time for a major demolition or overhaul of this place. Nice attempt of a new plant job but don’t put customers in that hallway!!
