酒店環境不錯，空氣清新，後面有步道可以爬山，訂的帶私湯的親子房，小朋友也很滿意，迎賓的小姐姐很好，幫忙解決了訂位吃飯的問題，贊一個！

要求的朝山的房間，安排的山影子都沒的房間；一句“系統崩潰”讓近80歲坐輪椅的長者等了近兩個小時且沒解決任何問題；連續兩天因中餐廳同時承攬三四個婚宴住店客人中午無法點餐；一張早餐券就是酒店所有的補救措施……五星優選酒店誒，一晚近800的酒店誒，我承認，這兒住兩晚還要添丟丟錢才能住一晚廣州四季酒店，但是四季酒店的服務讓你就是服，這兒沒有服務也讓你特別服……不要説這兒不是一線城市所以衹配三線的服務，一個貴州都勻市區衹有78間房、沒有一顆星、每晚衹要200多的酒店都值得你家學習。這麼多客人給你家差評，你家仍然繼續着表面大爺實際也是大爺的服務太讓人痛心了。你們的客人其實多麼容易滿足啊，你們有山裡獨有的清新的空氣、啁啾宛轉的鳥鳴聲、混合著各種樹葉嫩草花香的風兒，我們衹需要你們稍微走心一點的服務，我們都能夠跟風應和自娛自樂。

房間非常大，裝修得很好，硬件條件沒的説，帶陽台，看景，非常舒服。最棒的是温泉，可以早晚兩次，這個温泉特別滑，泡了皮膚非常舒服，真温泉確實不一樣。這裏的工作人員都特別熱情主動，非常周到。可以隨時叫電瓶車接送温泉館。温泉館設施也非常好，十個外池，七八個室內池，室外都是各種微量元素的，室內有艾草，玫瑰，和薰衣草的，非常香。早餐和午餐，晚餐都是在酒店吃的，因為周邊比較偏，沒什麼吃的。但餐廳出品很好，價格實惠，帶父母出來旅遊的，全家都非常滿意。我們一定還會再來的。
