這家酒店，一心本想去泡温泉，我們定了套房，誰知道到酒店還分酒店和別墅區域，別墅區前台服務員培訓的太差了，不僅態度差，當客人一直在前台辦理，什麼都不説，還在一直接聽電話，小地方也就算了，我們可是定了最好最貴的套房，態度還那麼差，反而是房間服務員態度很好，房間有任何問題，打電話都來幫忙，給小費也不收，不過酒店前台給我們最差一間房，真的有點過分，空調壞的還漏水，房間洗手間燈不亮，温泉出水一下有一下沒有，衞生間廁紙也沒有，一晚上我都要發火了，最後跟前台發火才換了隔壁房間，兩個房間相差太遠了，所以我真要投訴前台服務員，那麼多房間，也不是旺季，為何給我們一間最差的房間？這算是故意的嗎？衹是我沒心情拍照，也因為第二天要趕路去下一個城市，要不然我就直接找酒店索賠了！真的很生氣的酒店.

服務員很熱情，看到有長者給了靠電梯l口的房間，房間衞生乾淨，就是隔音有點差，晚上旅行社的團隊划拳聊天都能聽到，温泉有專人負責隨時可以給你調温，泡池很多，每天都循環放水打掃，水中含有硫化物，對皮膚很好，池邊有免費冷熱水和水果，約上三五個好友打個牌泡個温泉，下次還來，推薦！
