We stayed for 5 days in the Deluxe Duplex Suite. The apartment was really nice and thoughtfull decorated. Highlight for sure was the hot spring area with around 30 different pools, we went there everyday. Communciation with the staff worked quite good via WeChat and they supported us during our stay very good. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. However there were couple of things which the hotel need to improve or update: Private hot spring on the balcony of the apartment didnt worked because the hot water is not installed, the tea house and the pizza place was temporary closed, there was only 1 restaurant and despite it should be serving western cuisine it only had Sichuan cuisine, quality was good. The 1000 Spa was also closed. So there a many facilities and offers no longer available and they should update their maps and descriptions. Overall we had a good time there as a family with 2 kids, the area around is nice esp. Luofu Shan.

The hotel is relatively large, there are many buildings. The room is very clean and the facilities are very complete. Maybe the room is not as big as expected, but it is not small. The only uncomfortable thing is that I don’t know which room has a child crying all night. It’s a bit noisy. I didn’t have a good rest. It’s not that the room is not soundproof. When we went there were very few people, just like the private soup, it was very cool.
