優點:前台熱情大方，房間乾淨衞生，早餐的米線很好吃，過馬路就是聖水寺。
缺點:缺少停車位，火車噪音有些許影響。

新裝修的，房間乾淨衞生，沒有異味。早餐相對豐富，前台服務很熱情，還贈送了小禮品。附近小區有多家家常菜館、超市，生活比較便利。一開始以為臨近鐵路，會比較吵，實際一點都感受不到火車的路過。離聖水寺很近，走路即到。
